Habitat:

is native to Australia, Southeast Asia, India, and Bangladesh. It grows in semi-arid to sub humid climates. 

Flowering Season:

Flowers from February to June. This tree can flower twice a year, once in February to March and again in October to November.

Fruiting Season:

Fruit matures in September–October and February–March.

Climatic Conditions:

Tropical and subtropical climates with high humidity and temperatures. Temperature from 7.5°C to 47.5°C and 700–2,000 mm of rainfall per year.

Seed propagation:

In the nursery ,seed can be germinated in beds or trays containing sand or a mixture of sand and peat moss.

Parts used:

Roots: Root extracts are used to treat diarrhea, dysentery, and stomach aches. 

Leaves: Leaves of the this plant are used in folk medicine to treat diarrhea, cough, ulcers, toothache, and swelling.
