Habitat:

Native to Southeast Asia, found in tropical and subtropical forests, particularly along riverbanks and in moist areas.

Flowering Season:

It flowers in the monsoon season, from June to September.

Fruiting Season:

Kadamba usually fruits during the monsoon months, around June to August.

  Climatic Conditions:

 Prefers tropical and subtropical climates, requiring high b       rainfall, warm temperatures, and good sunlight. It thrives in altitudes between 300–1,500 meters.

  Propagation:

Propagated by seeds or by grafting. Seed germination is fairly easy if fresh seeds are used.

 Parts Used:

Flowers: Used in traditional medicine for their cooling and anti-inflammatory properties.

Bark: The bark is used in the treatment of wounds, fever, and to manage blood sugar levels.

Leaves: Used in herbal medicine to treat various ailments.
